Once you have made your purchase, you will receive instructions on where to send your scanned image. Your image will then be cropped and sized to fit your personalized key fob. After we receive the image, we will send you a confirmation email (with cropped photo) within 48 business hours for approval (your satisfaction is our ultimate goal).
